Turn the power off and back on, then take a note of the frequency and code values. To get started, just borrow a store radio for all of 15 seconds. of the PDF (32 printed on the actual page) begins the couple of pages of information you actually need. You can find the manual for this radio containing everything you need here: RDM2070d are specially made for big box stores and are not programmable per se because all you can do is select from a list of FCC approved frequencies.
The radios Walmart uses are Motorola RDM2070d. So I thought I'd make a big how-to for this, considering the problem I kept running into finding old posts on the matter is that all the information was 'try this random thing' and nobody who had the original problem came back to explain how/if they ever solved it.
